My punishment for misbehaving as a child was being dressed in pants instead of dresses. I was the princess in every game I played with my sister, and regularly covered Daddy’s head in tiny pigtails doing his “works”. I stole lipstick and tweezers from Mom’s vanity drawer, and drove her crazy taping magazine pictures to her painstakingly painted walls. I’ve embraced being a girl my whole life, taking genuine joy in every detail. Attending fashion school ignited a desire to push my career in the direction of art and beauty, and in the field of esthetics, makeup allowed my creativity an outlet. Today, I am an esthetician and makeup artist still in love with all things beauty and fashion, as well as a recovering perfectionist, and a blonde, inside and (most of the time) out. I love the gym, and I love to eat good food. My husband and I are proud parents to a rotten little Pomeranian, Dolce. Barbie has been my icon since I can remember, and dolling people up is what I do best. When I was a teenager in a small town, Savannah may as well have been Los Angeles, and I was drawn to it. That adolescent pull gave me the courage to leap when, years later, I happened upon Dollface by Jules. I was blown away by my first impression of the company in 2012, and I’m honored to be a part of a brand and team with such high standards. I’m incredibly blessed to love my work and my clients, and although I’m too young to say I’ve had all my dreams come true, I just keep having to dream bigger.
